Challenge
Design a magazine to promote realtor, Ines Panic and her brokerage (Luxe realty), in order to attract first-time home buyers or sellers. Constraints include maintaining her brokerage, Luxe, brand guidelines.
Users
First-time home buyers/sellers. Millennials and younger Gen X.
Solution
In order to attract new buyers I decided it would be appropriate for the magazine to have a modern look and feel. It is broken down so that the reader is introduced to Ines, the team and its strategies, following is a comprehensive step-by-step guide to understand the escrow timeline, and it ends with a promise or call to action for the prospective client. The Luxe logo is used throughout its pages as a decorative element in order to guide the reader through the booklet.
